According to a note written by Miriam MacMillan, this camera was used by MacMillan at Worcester Academy and on the North Pole trip of 1908-1909. However, this camera model (#3A Autographic camera, model C 15414) was introduced in 1914, and so it cannot have been used on either the North Pole expedition or the Crocker Land expedition (1913-1917).
