Example of spot-stitch sewing where threaded beads are laid in a design and then sewn in place (1974) onto heavy cotton backing. Soft sole moccasin typical of Eastern Woodland form, made from single piece of leather. Quebec-Labrador Peninsula (1995 exhibition label)
